We schedule a return visit. No charge to get eyes on it, no fee for the second trip. Our technician reviews the original work and the current condition so we understand exactly what happened – whether it’s a flashing failure, a sealant issue, or something the first visit should have caught.
We Fix It
The repair gets done correctly, using the same quality of manufacturer-backed materials we used the first time. If we used GAF on the original job, we’re not substituting something cheaper to close out the ticket. The fix has to hold – and the 365-day clock on that corrected work continues from the original job date.
You Sign Off
Before we leave, you confirm the work is done to your satisfaction. You get updated photo documentation – after photos of the completed repair, the same as you got on the original job. Your digital invoice arrives by text. Nothing is closed until you say it is.
