Mention the offer when you book. One offer per household per visit; offers can’t be combined with each other and don’t apply to work already quoted or completed. Local pricing and availability vary by location – your local Crestview Roofing team confirms the final price in writing before any work begins.
Every job is priced the same way: a free written estimate
We price the job, not the hour. Before anyone touches anything, you get the full price for the specific work in writing – no hourly meter, no membership to join, no financing to sign, and no line items added afterwards. If the number isn’t right for you, the estimate is still free and you owe us nothing.
How We Price Roofing Work
Every job at Crestview Roofing is priced one way: a free written estimate for the specific work your roof needs, delivered before anyone picks up a tool. No hourly rates. No plans to join. Nothing to sign up for. You get a single number, in writing, that covers the full scope of what we’re doing – and that number does not change once work begins.
That’s deliberate. The homeowners we work with are busy. They book things on their phones, they don’t have time for callbacks that turn into callbacks, and they definitely don’t want a price that shifts when a crew is already on their roof. A written estimate up front removes that entire problem. You make your decision with the real number in front of you.
What a Visit Actually Costs You to Find Out
Nothing. The estimate visit is free. When we come out, we look at the actual condition of your roof – the field of shingles, the flashing at valleys and penetrations, the ridge, the eaves – and we build a price around what we find. That’s the number we hand you, in writing, before we ask for anything.
The visit runs roughly 30 to 45 minutes depending on roof size and complexity. At the end of it, you have a written price for the specific job. You’re under no obligation to say yes. If you want to think it over, think it over. We’d rather you call us back when you’re ready than feel pushed into a decision on the spot.
When People Usually Call Us
Storm season is the most common trigger. A strong line of wind and hail moves through, someone notices a water stain on their ceiling the next morning, and we get the call. That’s a smart move – a small leak that gets addressed quickly is a very different repair than the same leak six weeks later after two more rainstorms have worked through it.
The other common call is the planned replacement. Most homeowners schedule that kind of work in late spring through early fall, and for good reason. Roof replacement needs dry weather and a full crew working a full day. Trying to push it into November in most of the country is asking for scheduling trouble and conditions that make the job harder than it needs to be.
Fall also brings the gutter and pre-winter inspection calls. Gutters packed with debris back water up under the first course of shingles at the eave – that’s ice dam territory in cold climates, and rot territory everywhere else. If you haven’t had someone look at the roof since spring, fall is a reasonable time to do it before the weather closes in.
Any of those situations is a good reason to call. The estimate is free regardless of why you’re calling.
What You Can Expect From Us Either Way
A few things don’t change based on the season, the size of the job, or which offer is running at the time.
- Written price before any work starts. Always, on every job, no exceptions. The number on the page is the number on the invoice.
- The 365-Day Done Right Promise. Every repair we complete is covered for a full year in writing. If a covered repair fails within that window, we come back and fix it at no charge – no negotiation, no runaround.
- Before-and-after photo documentation. You see the roof before we touch it and after we’re done. That’s part of The Relay Visibility Guarantee and it’s included on every job.
- Background-checked, uniformed technicians. You know who is arriving before they pull into your driveway.
- Live arrival time, not a four-hour window. You get a trackable arrival time so you’re not sitting around guessing.
- Materials from the manufacturers we trust. We work with GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral. Material quality is not a variable on our jobs.
- A live person answers when you call, 24/7. No voicemail loops, no waiting until Monday.
Common Questions
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, fully free – no service charge, no travel fee, nothing owed if you decide not to move forward. We come out, look at your roof, and hand you a written price for the specific work it needs. What you do with that number is up to you.
Do you offer financing or a monthly payment plan?
We don’t, and that’s a deliberate choice. Every job is priced off a free written estimate – one number, one job, paid on completion. There’s no payment product layered on top, no interest to calculate, nothing to sign beyond the job itself. If you want to know what your specific project will cost, the estimate is the right starting point. Call (325) 246-5075 to set one up.
Can I combine two offers?
One offer per household per visit. If you’re not sure which one applies to your situation, just ask when you call – a live person will walk you through it.
Does the price change once your crew is here?
No. The written estimate is the price. If we get on the roof and find something that wasn’t visible from the ground – rotted decking under the shingles, for example – we stop, show you what we found, and write a new price before we do anything additional. You approve the updated scope or you don’t. Nothing happens to your home without your sign-off on a number first.
